The Raptor series uses a separately designed hydraulic cylinder plow body to replace the safety bolts on the traditional plow body, realizing the function of hydraulic non-stop and high operating efficiency.
Equipped with an accumulator, the system allows the tractor to adjust the hydraulic pressure to control the overload force of the plough body.
- Normal Operation: When the force on the plough body is less than the preset overload limit, the plough operates normally.
- Overload Protection: When an obstacle is encountered, the force increases and the cylinder behind each plough body pushes hydraulic oil into the accumulator, increasing its internal pressure while generating continuous resetting force.
- Automatic Reset: Once the plough body clears the obstacle and the force decreases, the accumulator pushes the oil back into the cylinder, and the plough body automatically returns to its working position to continue operation.
