DYP-500 Advanced Surface Treatment Technology
To meet diverse crop, terrain, and water quality requirements, our newly designed
Circle Master DYP-500 is configured as a combination of spans and overhangs of various lengths. The Poly-Line is configured as a combination of spans and overhangs with polyethylene-lined pipes of various lengths. All components of both combinations above are fully hot-dip galvanised.
Our polyethylene-lined pipe provides an excellent alternative solution to standard galvanised pipes. The combination of a durable polyethylene inner liner and a high-strength galvanised outer pipe completely eliminates all corrosion issues caused by irrigating with acidic or alkaline water.
DYP-500 Control Panel Options
- Auto-stop Function: Automatically stops the machine at a pre-set position.
- Auto-restart Function: Automatically restarts the system once power is restored.
- Auto-reverse Function: Automatically reverses the operational direction when the machine reaches a pre-determined point.
- Low-pressure Auto-shutdown: Automatically shuts down the system if a loss of pressure occurs.
- Low-temperature Auto-shutdown: Automatically shuts down the system when the ambient temperature drops below a pre-set limit.
- Lightning Arrestor: Protects the electrical components of the machine from lightning damage.
Collector Ring
The industry-standard collector ring features a sealed design (completely isolated from the environment).
The collector ring is mounted on a stainless steel J-pipe with premium wedge-shaped seals, positioned directly above the spray system to ensure years of trouble-free operation.
DYP-500 Tower Box
The tower box features a white, thick-walled, UV-resistant injection-moulded shell reinforced with a galvanised steel bracket. It mainly includes stainless steel cam switch arms, adjustable moisture-proof micro switches, and a rigid base. The oversized cam springs ensure system-wide consistency while reducing structural stress.
DYP-500 Drivetrain System
- Drivetrain System
- Wheel Gearboxes
- Gearmotors
- Drive Universals / U-Joints
DYP-500 Lateral Move System
- Equipment Track: Straight line.
- Span Parameters: Identical to center pivot irrigation systems.
- System Length: Standardised design. Span quantities and overall system length can be flexibly configured based on specific field conditions.
- Applicable Fields: Medium or large rectangular fields.
- Key Advantage: High field coverage rate.

FAQ
Founded in 1993 with a primary focus on reversible ploughs, we have evolved into a comprehensive manufacturer with over 30 years of expertise. Our flagship products include high-performance hydraulic reversible ploughs, power harrows, and precision seed drills.
Today, the LEROX product ecosystem covers the entire cultivation cycle—including tillage, land preparation, seeding, and crop management. Our extensive portfolio features subsoilers, rotary cultivators, disc harrows, and hay rakes, all engineered to meet the diverse demands of modern global agriculture.
Yes, LEROX implements feature extremely high compatibility. Our designs follow international standards (such as Category 2/3/4 three-point linkage) and can perfectly match tractor models from major global brands. By providing various frame strengths (such as 140/160/180 series) and adjustable traction logic, we ensure that tractors from 80 hp to 600 hp can find the most suitable implement model, achieving optimal power transmission and fuel efficiency.
LEROX provides a comprehensive quality guarantee for all agricultural machinery. We offer a XXX warranty period for core structural components. During this period, if any component fails due to manufacturing defects, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. For wearing parts, we recommend purchasing a spare parts kit along with the machine to ensure operational continuity. Additionally, we provide lifetime remote technical support and detailed maintenance guidance.
Yes, LEROX provides customized solutions across our entire product line to adapt to various crops and soil conditions, offering modular configurations such as specialized plough bodies for sticky soils, adjustable safety systems for stony terrains, and calibrated metering units for different seed types to ensure optimal performance in your specific agronomic environment.
For international orders, LEROX ensures efficient delivery and robust protection: our standard lead time is typically 30 to 45 days depending on the order volume and customization, and all equipment is secured with reinforced steel frames or sea-worthy packaging to prevent damage during maritime transit while maximizing container space efficiency.
